We are looking for a confident self-starter, with a positive can do attitude, to join our team as a Customer Solutions Coordinator; liaising with internal and external customers, to ensure smooth delivery of equipment solutions, on-time, every time. Working as part of a small team you must be efficient and effective, highly organized, tenacious, fun, not frightened of hard work, and going the extra mile should be instinctive.


Responsibilities:

  • Processing customer orders; to source and supply, catering, and refrigeration equipment
  • Liaising with suppliers, project teams, and internal customers
  • Quoting for new equipment, in a timely manner
  • Communicating with suppliers to obtain quotes and schedule delivery
  • Coordinating engineers to install equipment
  • Planning Sprint driver deliveries and routes daily
  • Email and call handling
  • General administration duties

Experience:

  • Working in a busy telephone-based environment; answering calls and responding to emails
  • Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends within the on-call rota
  • Working with complex information
  • Administrative experience gained in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload with conflicting priorities and tight deadlines
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy
  • Experienced Microsoft Office Suite user
  • ERP Systems
  • Order processing
  • CRM systems
