Paint Sprayer - Temp to Perm

We're currently supporting a well-established engineering firm with the recruitment of an experienced Paint Sprayer. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity offering long-term stability, competitive pay, and the chance to work on high-quality, safety-critical projects.



What's on Offer:

The Role:

  • Apply wet paints to components to a consistent, high-quality finish
  • Mix paints accurately and follow technical specifications
  • Use gloss and thickness meters to check finishes
  • Prepare and jig up workpieces for spraying
  • Follow health & safety procedures including COSHH and PPE use
  • Work independently and manage workflow efficiently


What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in wet paint spraying (industrial or automotive)
  • Understanding of COSHH and safe working practices
  • Ability to follow instructions and deliver consistent results
  • Positive attitude and ability to work on own initiative

Desirable:

  • Spray painting certification
  • Experience using gloss (Gu) and thickness (DFT) meters
  • Flexibility to work different shifts if required
