Paint Sprayer - Temp to Perm
We're currently supporting a well-established engineering firm with the recruitment of an experienced Paint Sprayer. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity offering long-term stability, competitive pay, and the chance to work on high-quality, safety-critical projects.

The Role:
- Apply wet paints to components to a consistent, high-quality finish
- Mix paints accurately and follow technical specifications
- Use gloss and thickness meters to check finishes
- Prepare and jig up workpieces for spraying
- Follow health & safety procedures including COSHH and PPE use
- Work independently and manage workflow efficiently
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in wet paint spraying (industrial or automotive)
- Understanding of COSHH and safe working practices
- Ability to follow instructions and deliver consistent results
- Positive attitude and ability to work on own initiative
Desirable:
- Spray painting certification
- Experience using gloss (Gu) and thickness (DFT) meters
- Flexibility to work different shifts if required
