Prodrive Recruitment Ltd are looking for additional staff members to join a team of Finishers for their client basedin Pershore, Worcs. This role is offered on a Temp to Perm basis for the right candidate
Responsibilities:
- Perform finishing tasks on products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Use various hand tools and equipment to finish products.
- Conduct inspections to ensure finished products meet quality requirements
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred though not essential as training will be given.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
