Job Overview:
We are currently looking for an experienced Outliner to join a well-established and busy bodyshop based in Throckmorton. The successful candidate will play a key role in the preparation process by masking and outlining vehicles in readiness for painting.
Key Responsibilities:

Mask vehicles to a high standard to protect all non-painted areas

Use masking tape, plastic sheeting, and paper to accurately outline trims, windows, lights, and other components

Work efficiently with preppers and paint technicians to maintain workflow

Ensure all masking is completed precisely to prevent overspray and achieve clean paint lines

Conduct quality checks before vehicles enter the spray booth

Follow health and safety procedures within the workshop
Requirements:

Previous experience as an Outliner, Masker, or Outliner/Prepper within an automotive bodyshop

Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship

Good understanding of masking tools, techniques, and materials

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent performance
