Production Operative
Location: Perth
Pay Rate: 12.37 per hour + overtime
Hours:
- Monday & Tuesday: 08:00 - 16:30
- Wednesday & Thursday: 08:00 - 16:00
- Friday: 08:00 - 14:00
(Dayshift only)
Job Type: Temporary (6 weeks to Christmas, with strong potential to extend)
On behalf of our client, a fast-growing manufacturing business with big plans for 2025, we're looking for two hands-on Production Operatives to join the team immediately. No lengthy interviews - if you're ready to work, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing
Your day will be varied and hands-on, including:
- Packing components into boxes and tubing
- Printing labels and reading work documents
- Choosing the right packing materials (SOPs)
- Managing the order book and prioritising tasks
- Operating saws for cutting
- Blasting bars on the blaster
- Testing products for quality
What We're Looking For
- Previous manufacturing experience is a big plus
- Someone who can hit the ground running
- Good problem-solving skills and basic IT knowledge
- Comfortable working to deadlines and following instructions
- A team player who can also work independently
Training & Support
