Excellent opportunity for someone from a manufacturing background looking for a senior role where you will be leading the Health & Safety strategy for a marker leading company that offers excellent progression and training opportunities.
Do you have experience in leading manufacturing processes within a manufacturing environment? Do you hold a valid NEBOSH qualification and want work for a market leading company who will be able to foster your development through specialist training?
This company have been established for over 70 years and are a market leading food manufacturing business working all over Europe. They pride themselves on the high quality of their products and have a dedicated strategy to work with their suppliers to ensure only the best produce makes its way to their customers. Due to their continued success they are now looking to add to their specialist team.
In this role you will be in charge of leading H&S and training policies on site. You will be reviewing and introducing continuous improvements to the Health & Safety policy across the site. You will also be working to develop the training schedule where you will be looking at the upskilling of staff and the training strategy of staff across the site with the opportunity to develop this across the wider business. This role offers an excellent opportunity to really make this role your own and affect the site across multiple areas.

The Person:
- Previous experience working with Health and Safety in the manufacturing sector
- Hold a NEBOSH certificate alongside other relevant qualifications
