  • Raise and manage purchase orders and invoices using company software.
  • Respond to general customer queries and inbound calls; follow up on leads from the CRM.
  • Liaise effectively with drivers, contractors, and customers to ensure smooth logistical operations.
  • Maintain internal filing systems, document control, and ensure processes are followed.
  • Provide timely waste and compliance reports to the site manager and relevant departments.
  • Liaise with environmental agencies and uphold compliance with all relevant waste regulations.
  • Support ad hoc administrative duties as required by the site management team.

Profile

  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and administrative systems.
  • Highly organised and capable of working independently.
  • Professional telephone manner and excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach.
