Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Packing Operatives to join our clients team on a long-term temporary basis. As a Packing Operative, you will play a crucial role in their production process, ensuring their unique products are packed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Packing elements into boxes and tubing
- Printing labels and reading work documents
- Choosing the correct packing materials according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Managing the order book and determining the correct order to pack items
Key Skills Required:
- Problem-solving abilities
- IT skills (with increasing importance as the role develops)
- Decision-making capabilities
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Good communication skills
