Office Angels Glasgow have a great new opportunity for an experienced and versatile Administrator to join our client's dynamic administration team on a temporary basis. We're seeking a proactive individual with a solid background in administration and a positive, can-do attitude who thrives in a fast-paced team environment.

As an Administrative Assistant, your role will be to support the day-to-day operations of the team by managing administrative tasks efficiently and accurately. This includes handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining diaries and greeting visitors and ensuring smooth communication across departments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring the email inbox and sending professional emails.
  • Take incoming calls and direct them accordingly.
  • Managing and updating databases
  • Support with every day administrative tasks throughout the office.
  • Coordinating meetings.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Manage and schedule appointments in the diary.

Our Ideal Candidate will:

  • Have previous experience in an reception/administration role
  • Have a strong proficiency using MS Office packages (Particularly Word and Excel)
  • Enjoy helping others and working in a team.
  • Have excellent organisational skills and be detail orientated.
  • Thrive in a fast paced, busy environment.
