Managing a diverse portfolio of commercial property transactions

Acting for a broad client base including SMEs, developers, and landowners

Providing pragmatic, commercially sound legal advice

Supporting partners on more complex property transactions when required
Profile

A qualified solicitor with up to 1 year PQE & experience in commercial property

Confident handling transactions from instruction to completion

Comfortable building and maintaining client relationships

Skilled in drafting and negotiating leases, missives, and contracts
