Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the financial management of bridge projects from inception to completion.

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.

  • Conduct risk assessments and implement effective cost control measures.

  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

  • Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.

  • Provide expert advice on contractual matters and support dispute resolution as required.

Essential Skills & Experience
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.

  • Chartered status (MRICS) or equivalent professional membership.

  • Proven experience in quantity surveying on bridge projects.

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.

  • Proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
