All my client needs from you is to be a seasoned General Manager, live locally to Peterborough or happy to relocate, have the ability to oversee a multi million pound refurbishment of all F&B and Events spaces, is a big leader, someone who wants to go out and about in the local community, and network you have a brilliant venue to shout about, this is such an easy gig for the right person. We need you to show up at drinks parties, the local rowing club, the local rugby club and literally just talk about how amazing your events Hotel is, which not rocket science! This will then in turn bring the business in to your brilliant events team who are brilliant gatherers but in you we need a hunter.
