The ONE Group are yet again, proud to be exclusively partnering with a local not for profit organisation who are based in Peterborough, in their search for a newly qualified Management Accountant. This is an exciting newly created role that will see you heading up the monthly management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and financial accounts. You'll get the chance to oversee a small team and support with their professional development.If you've recently completed your ACCA or CIMA qualification and are eager to apply your skills in a meaningful way, this is a fantastic opportunity to consider.You'll be responsible for a varied role, which includes:
- Production of monthly management accounts.
- Variance analysis reports
- Arrange and hold meetings with budget holders to review performance.
- Prepare and develop business plans, budgets and forecasts
- Manage a small team, providing support and guidance.
- Participate in business area reviews.
- Support senior managers to develop business cases.
- Support in the development of improving efficiencies.
- Ensure VAT calculations are correct.
- Produce group annual financial accounts.
For the above, you will be able to work from home one day a week. This role offers a salary of up to £54,000 depending on experience.Full training and support will be offered for the right candidate, along with some amazing benefits.
