Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-notch machine diagnostics, servicing, and repairs for JCB Construction, Agricultural, Industrial, and Heavy Line Equipment.
- Build and nurture strong, positive relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored service solutions.
- Act as a professional ambassador for the organisation and the brand, promoting aftermarket products and services.
- Ensure quick, effective responses to customer needs, striving for a "First Time Fix."
- Maintain and service equipment to manufacturer specifications, consistently aiming for excellence in customer service.
- Embrace ongoing personal development through training courses to enhance your skills.
- Conduct all work in alignment with health and safety policies, exceeding customer expectations while maintaining profitability.
- Collaborate effectively within the team to contribute to the overall success of the organisation.
Essential Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 in plant engineering, servicing, and maintenance.
- Experience with hydraulic systems, axles, transmissions, and heavy plant/agricultural machinery.
- Strong technical diagnostics skills and proficiency with PDA technology.
- Clean driving licence and a good driving record.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
- Strong ability to work under pressure while maintaining flexibility to meet customer needs.
