Duties for the role of Project Architect:
- Manage a small team of more junior levels and contribute to their professional development and check over their work
- liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful delivery of projects
- Lead and work across RIBA work stages 1 through to 5 on residential and commercial projects
- Carry out site visits and ensure compliance is achieved
- Prepare design drawings for competitive tender
Requirements for the role of Project Architect:
- ARB Registered
- Strong post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
- Proficiency with Vectorworks
- Experience with Revit would be advantageous
- Experience working on projects across RIBA stages 1-5
- Job running experience
- Experience in a previous role managing a small team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Peterborough area
