This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding architectural practice who offer a range design services to the residential and commercial sector. They are on the lookout for a job running and experience Senior Architect who can deliver on a range of projects across the South East for their Peterborough offices.

Duties for the role of Senior Architect:
- Lead and deliver on residential and commercial projects from inception through to completion
- Carry out site visits to ensure high quality and technical compliance is achieved
- Liaise with clients and contractors, building and maintain strong working relationships
- Manage a small team and contribute effectively to their professional development
- Contribute to and maintain a robust pipeline of work
Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architect:
- ARB registered
- Significant post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
- Proficiency with Vectorworks is essential
- Experience with Revit is advantageous
- Experience managing projects across the residential and commercial sectors
- Experience working on projects across RIBA stages 1-5
- Job running experience
- Excellent detailing and design skills
- Experience in a previous role managing a small team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
