The Role:
As the Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be the central point of contact for processing orders, managing customer enquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders, quotations, and sales documentation
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer queries
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate information
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and follow-ups
- Liaise with internal teams such as accounts, logistics, and operations
- Prepare sales reports and assist with forecasting when required
- Ensure high standards of accuracy and attention to detail across all tasks
About You:
- Previous experience in a Sales Administration, Customer Service, or similar administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, and eager to learn
