We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our sales team and contribute to our continued success. This role offers a dynamic work environment, professional development, and the opportunity for both career and personal growth.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Oversee the entire order process, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and on time.
  • Parameterise customers in the system to optimise their experience and facilitate the management of their orders.
  • Efficiently manage customer claims to ensure quick and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Monitor order deliveries to ensure they arrive on time and in the agreed conditions.
  • Track industry and customer service related KPIs, ensuring compliance with set targets.
  • Utilise the company's CRM tool to maintain an organised and detailed record of all customer interactions.
  • Assist customers with the use of our products, resolving doubts and providing customised solutions.
  • Maintain fluid communication with Area Sales Managers to anticipate their needs and resolve incidents efficiently.
  • Manage refund or compensation policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that records of activities and communication with each Area Sales Manager are accurate and up to date.
  • Create and improve procedures for customer feedback and complaint resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in a similar Key Account Manager role.
  • Fluent in English at a native or C2 level.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Knowledge of purchasing, marketing, and logistics.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
