Business Development Consultant

Taskmaster Recruitment are looking to recruit aBusiness Development Consultantto work for our client based at their site in Hampton, Peterborough (PE7).

The role:

  • Overseeing the entire order process, ensuring that orders are processed correctly and on time.
  • Ensure that customers are correctly parameterised in the system to optimise their experience and facilitate the management of their orders.
  • Manage customer claims efficiently, ensuring a quick and satisfactory resolution.
  • Constantly monitor order deliveries and ensure that they arrive on time and in the agreed conditions.
  • Monitor industry and customer service related KPIs, ensuring compliance with set targets.
  • Manage the company's CRM tool to maintain an organised and detailed record of all customer interactions.
  • Providing assistance to customers on the use of our products, resolving doubts and providing customised solutions.
  • Maintain fluid communication with Area Sales Managers to anticipate their needs and resolve incidents efficiently.
  • Manage refund or compensation policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that records of activities and communication with each Area Sales Managers are accurate and up to date.
  • Create and improve procedures for customer feedback and complaint resolution.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in a similar position.
  • Native English or C2 level.
  • Working in a team.
  • Experience in SAP.
  • Knowledge of purchasing, marketing and logistics.
  • Willingness to travel.

Salary:£28,000 with a potential to earn up to £15,000 in commission.

Hours:Monday to Friday: 8am -5pm with an 1 hour lunch break.
