Sonic Summary

Amour Recruitment is seeking a Building Manager for a national property management agency based in Peterborough.
Key responsibilities include conducting site inspections, liaising with maintenance contractors, and addressing tenant disputes.
Candidates must have block property management experience and the ability to work independently with good business acumen.
The position requires excellent time management skills and offers a salary range of £35,000 to £40,000 depending on experience.
The working hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30.

Amour Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a fantastic company who is seeking a Building Manager

Working for a national property management agency you will be based at their clients residential site in Peterborough.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out site inspections
Liaising with maintenance contractors
Point of contact for repair queries or site issues
Dealing with tenant disputes
Responsible for on-site maintenance and cleaning team.

Personal Requirements:

Ability to work on own initiative
Good business acumen
Excellent time management
Block Property management experience is a must

Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730

Salary: Range from £35,000 to £40,000 depending on experience.
