This is a fantastic Block Property Management company is looking for someone who can effectively maintain and scrutinize maintenance standards checklists to ensure high quality upkeep of premises and communal areas.

You will be working directly with one of their clients who has one large block of apartments, with an office on site. You will be looking after the tenants, some building staff, liaising with contractors and reporting and discuss any major works directly to the client.

This exciting and rare opportunity will start at a salary of £45,000 + bonus + benefits. Higher salaries can be discussed.

As part of the training scheme, you will be given the opportunity to complete your first two exams of your TPIs paid for by the company! This will also lead to quite a significant pay-rise after completion! If you already have this qualification, this will be taken into account in your salary.
