My client is looking for an ambitious CDP for their newly refurbished award-winning country pub, part of a 3rdgeneration farm estate in South Lincolnshire.

About the pub:

• Currently predominantly wet led, serving antipasto and grazing boards
• The pub includes 2 apartments let out to guests, mainly those attending events at their new wedding and hospitality venue nearby

The Aim:

• Having previously earned recognition and awards for their high-quality pub food, they plan to begin by offering private dining and advance booking for meals. Their goal is to gradually expand and refine their menu, focusing on seasonal fresh produce and local suppliers, with the aim of once again delivering top-notch pub cuisine a creative take on traditional favourites.

The Role:

• My client is looking for an ambitious chef who can bring their own passion, spark and creative ideas to help develop a menu that will offer an interesting twist on pub classics.
• They are looking for a chef who wants to grow in experience, who will see this opportunity as something fun that they are able to drive forward.

Salary:

• To be confirmed - depending on level of experience
• There is the potential of live in accommodation for this role if required.
