The role
As a head chef you will manage the small kitchen team, you will ensure everything runs smoothly in the kitchen, prep te fridges and cook to order. This role will include all the standard head chef duties of a fresh food gastro pub.
Expereince
They are happy for a chef stepping up to head chef level, if your from a fresh food background, your hands on and can cook in each area, with a passion to make a name for yourself in the area for pub classics, this role is for you. You could be a sous chef or even a senior chef de partie looking to step up.
