Are you ready to play a key role in shaping the future of food innovation? We're looking for a NEWLY CREATED Senior Development Technologist to join our client's fast-paced and forward-thinking team. This is a career-defining opportunity to drive consumer-led innovation, optimise processes, and deliver products that excite customers and delight consumers.

As the SeniorDevelopment Technologist, you will:

  • Lead consumer preference mapping and translate insights into data-driven improvements that directly influence product success.
  • Design and execute robust testing protocols to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and drive best-in-class manufacturing performance.
  • Champion innovation by identifying opportunities for research, leveraging new technologies, and reporting on emerging industry trends.
  • Oversee and support shelf-life and data teams, ensuring customer and business objectives are consistently met with precision and accuracy.
  • Manage the shelf-life department, maintaining seamless operations, resource allocation, and calibration of critical equipment.
  • Collaborate across the supply chain, working closely with commercial, technical, and operational stakeholders to deliver impactful development projects.
  • Influence product development strategy, ensuring outcomes are aligned with consumer needs, customer expectations, and business growth targets.
  • Drive continuous improvement culture, embedding analytical thinking, innovation, and efficiency across all areas of product development.

Essential experience you'll need:
