Maintenance Engineer - Full-Time | Dogsthorpe Site
We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a 24/7 production facility in Dogsthorpe. This is a Monday to Friday role (40 hours/week) supporting a highly automated FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Maintenance Supervisor in planning and coordinating daily tasks
- Respond to breakdowns and minimise downtime using sound engineering practices
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure maintenance records and risk assessments are up to date
- Participate in a 1-in-4 callout rota
- Contribute to site safety, performance targets, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years' experience in a similar role within manufacturing or FMCG
- Core electrical qualification with strong mechanical skills
- PLC process control knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
- CMMS experience and computer literacy (Excel, Word)
- Full UK driving licence
