The Role
This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for restoring diamond-cut alloy wheels back to their original factory finish. You'll be operating brand-new CNC lathes in a role that focuses purely on machine operation-no stripping or prepping involved. You'll also play a key part in maintaining quality standards, and for the right candidate, there's potential to train others and progress into a Team Leader position.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC lathes to refurbish diamond-cut alloy wheels
Deliver high-quality, precision work
Follow all company procedures and safety protocols
Train and mentor junior team members as needed
Maintain a clean, efficient workspace
What We're Looking For:
Strong CNC Lathe Operating experience is essential
Proven experience refurbishing diamond-cut alloy wheels
High attention to detail and pride in your work
