We at Interaction Recruitment are working on behalf of our client who are is a Leading UK Manufacturer in their field.
They are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader/Supervisor to join their team.
You will be working in the Warehouses, supporting the Warehouse staff and FLT Drivers. Reporting into the Warehouse Manager
The responsibilities:
Leadership and Support of the FLT Drivers and Shunters, Ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out, other sites.
Pushing for excellence in the role and the business, teams and everyone visiting the site.
Supporting the business and Warehouse Manager regarding improvements/new systems.
They are looking for someone with Team Leading experience with a minimum of 3 years in a Warehouse role.
If you are highly organised, a good communicator, practical in you approach to issues and daily tasks, if you can lead with a positive attitude this role will suit you.
If you have a In Date Reach FLT Licence, have Microsoft Office Experience, With your own Transport as you will be looking after 3 sites.
