We require 2 operatives with a range of skills to carry out minor repairs and 3 part mould treatment throughout our stock, you will also be carrying out decorating and small fixes.4 weeks worth of work
The candidates will have worked in social housing previously and carried out 3 part mould treatments to remove immediate risks from people's homes. The candidates will be required to report back to the office concerns and follow on work as required and ensure the risk to residents is removed and their homes left safe.
You will work with a damp and mould team ensuring residents homes are free from mould and health hazards and maintained to the highest standards.
