Looking for your next big opportunity in the HVAC world? Our client is on the lookout for an experienced HVAC Contracts Manager who's ready to take ownership of exciting projects and make a real impact.
You'll be at the heart of the HVAC operations, steering projects from concept through to completion. From organising teams to liaising with suppliers and ensuring safety on-site, this role blends technical know-how with strategic oversight. You'll also collaborate closely with the M&E and Interiors divisions to support larger, multi-trade projects.
A Day in the Life Might Include:
路Preparing accurate and competitive quotes for HVAC works
路Coordinating with internal teams, clients, and contractors to align on project goals
路Organising labour, equipment, and materials to keep things running smoothly
路Visiting sites regularly to keep projects on track and quickly address any changes
路Fostering great relationships with clients and team members alike
路Monitoring project costs and performance to drive profitability
路Managing site safety and compliance, including risk assessments and H&S planning
What You Bring to the Table:
路NVQ Level 3 in HVAC (or equivalent hands-on experience)
路Proven background in commercial HVAC projects
路Strong leadership and organisational skills
路A proactive mindset-comfortable working solo or as part of a team
路Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
路A full, clean UK driving licence
