An excellent opportunity has arisen for a full-time Skills Coach - Engineering to join a supportive team at a leading education provider. This is your chance to play a key role in helping apprentices and work-based learners achieve recognised qualifications and develop skills that matter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of learners on engineering apprenticeship programmes

  • Conduct regular assessments and workplace visits in line with apprenticeship standards

  • Work in partnership with employers to ensure workplace training reflects current industry practices

  • Keep accurate records of learner progress and ensure compliance with funding and quality requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • Relevant experience within the engineering industry

  • Minimum Level 2 in English and Maths (GCSE grade C/4 or equivalent)

  • Level 3 or 4 Assessor qualification (e.g. TAQA, CAVA), or willingness to work towards this
