We're looking for Customer Service Advisors to become the front line voice for an established emergency response and control services provider in Peterborough. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Acting as the first point of contact during emergency situations-providing calm, clear, and professional support

  • Logging and tracking requests using CRM software

  • Creating accurate records and reports

  • Coordinating with third-party providers, engineers, and internal teams

  • Following company policies and PCI compliance procedures

  • Prioritising incoming tasks and multitasking under pressure



What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and active listening skills

  • Friendly, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay composed under pressure

  • Willingness to work flexible shifts (including weekends and nights)

  • Previous customer service experience (bonus, not essential)
