Are you an Electrical Maintenance Engineer or similar looking to come off the tools in a days-only supervisory role, working for an ambitious company offering internal progression routes into senior roles, in-house training to further boost your skillset and plenty of optional overtime to significantly boost your earnings?

Founded almost 50 years ago, this company have seen consistent, organic growth, and are not looking to further bolster their electrical testing team due to internal promotions.

In this role, you'll begin hands-on to learn company processes before coming off the tools and stepping into a supervisory role. You'll be responsible for a small team of engineers carrying out electrical installations and testing in a factory setting. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you'll oversee the team's work, ensuring it is completed safely, efficiently, and to standard.

The Role:

Supervising a small team of electrical engineers in a factory setting
Reporting directly to the Project Manager
Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4pm with optional overtime
