Key Responsibilities:As a Field Engineer, your main duties will include:

  • Conducting machine plant diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on JCB equipment to the highest standard.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and delivering World Class customer service.
  • Documenting customer technical operations and providing valuable feedback to the organisation.
  • Promoting our brand and aftermarket products to new and existing customers.
  • Reacting swiftly to customer needs and ensuring a "First Time Fix."
  • utilising excellent diagnostic skills and technology (including PDA units) to input job information.
  • Maintaining and improving the organisation's market profile while adhering to health and safety policies.
