Our international client requires an Electrical CAD Technician to join their team in South Lincolnshire. You will be working in the Instrumentation and Controls department, working to timescales and assisting the team with the following:
- P&ID’s
- Basic Wiring Drawings
- Local Control Panel GA and Wiring Drawings
- PLC Panel GA and Wiring Drawings
- Loop drawings
- Hook up drawing
- Boolean Logic Drawing
- All the instruments and controls drafting activities using the AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical.
Your experience must be within the oil and gas industry with good knowledge of combustion design.
Qualifications and Skills
- Ideally, you'll hold a degree or equivalent combination of experience (drafting/design experience using AutoCAD/ AutoCAD Electrical in an Electrical and/or Controls and Instrumentation engineering environment).
- Experience with control panel, wiring & drawings design and P&ID’s
- Be able to work to strict deadlines
- Very confident with MS Office and web-based design systems.
- Full driving license
This position is full time and office based with no option for hybrid or remote working.
Your pay rate will be between £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience) along with an excellent benefits package.
Working hours will be 8:30 – 17:00 (Monday to Friday) subject to client demand.
You must be within a 1-hour commutable distance of South Lincolnshire.
