Job Title: Industrial Electrician – Biomass Sector
Location: UK (Site-Based)
Job Type: Full-time, Contract (3 Months)
Start Date: 12/05 or 19/05
Salary: £25.00 per hour

The Role

We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Industrial Electricians to support the delivery of a major biomass project. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong background in industrial electrical installations from containment to terminations. You'll be part of a site-based team working 12-hour shift patterns across a 7-day rota.

Responsibilities

Installation of all forms of containment (tray, trunking, conduit, basket, etc.)
Pulling and dressing in cabling to specification
Termination of cables to distribution boards and equipment
Working from drawings and method statements
Maintaining safe working practices and a high-quality finish

Required Qualifications & Experience

ECS Gold Card (required)
IPAF qualification (preferred)
Proven experience as an industrial electrician
Strong knowledge of containment systems and terminations
Good understanding of health & safety regulations

What’s on Offer

£25.00 per hour
£30.00 per hour (on sundays)
12 days on - 2 days off
Overtime – 11 hours paid Monday to Saturday, 8 hours on Sunday
Contract duration: 3 months
Work on a high-value biomass energy project
