We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Surveyor to join our Corporate Real Estate team, within our Occupier Services division.
This is a strategic role managing a diverse commercial property estate for our clients, focusing on maintaining strong, long-term relationships through effective estate management and strategic advisory of assets. Working with diverse clients ranging from multinational consulting firms, utility companies and investors.

Team Overview
The entire focus of our global team is to advise clients who occupy property but who are not in the property business, combining our skills and our corporate knowledge to deliver results. We operate at a number of different levels, from being a full outsource of a company’s real estate functions, to a coordinator of single or multiple service lines for occupier clients. Over 600 specialists operate in our global teams, with many of our senior consultants having spent significant time working client-side for some of the world’s largest and most entrepreneurial occupier businesses.
Recruitment agencies
Savills only pay agency fees where we have a signed agreement in place and that agency has been previously contacted and directed by a member of our recruitment team.
