The One Group are recruiting for a Finance Analyst to join a business based in Peterborough on a 9 month fixed term contract. This role is full time, Monday - Friday 9am-5pm, and does have potential of going permanent. Responsibilities:
- Completing balance sheet reconciliations, including analysis and risk/opportunity identification.
- Meeting regularly with stakeholders, challenging when needed.
- Submitting budgets and forecasts, including rolling forecast management.
- Maintaining and improving cost trackers.
- Monthly reporting on overheads.
This role would suit someone who already has an initial insight into finance and looking to gain more exposure. Requirements:
- Experience within a finance focused position e.g.accounts payable/accounts assistant
- Good Excel skills
- Available immediately, or with a maximum of a 2 week notice period
- Studying towards AAT's - desired
Benefits:
- £27,000-£30,000 per annum
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
