As CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of the college, ensuring robust financial management, and supporting the senior leadership team in delivering outstanding outcomes for students. You will lead a dedicated finance team and oversee all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the financial strategy and operations of the college
  • Provide expert financial advice to the Principal and Governing Body
  • Ensure compliance with funding regulations and financial policies
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
  • Oversee procurement, contracts, and risk management

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
