As CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of the college, ensuring robust financial management, and supporting the senior leadership team in delivering outstanding outcomes for students. You will lead a dedicated finance team and oversee all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial strategy and operations of the college
- Provide expert financial advice to the Principal and Governing Body
- Ensure compliance with funding regulations and financial policies
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
- Oversee procurement, contracts, and risk management
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, ideally within education or the public sector
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- A commitment to the values and mission of the college
