Castlefield are partnering with a well established Peterborough based housing association, who are on a journey of transformation, in order to recruit a Financial Planning Manager into the team on a permanent basis. This role has no line management, offers flexible working (1 day a week onsite) and a salary of £55,000 - £61,000 dependant on experience. 

Duties include;

  • Develop and maintain the 30-year business plan within BRIXX modelling software
  • Perform scenario modelling to assess impacts on covenants and align financial planning with the long-term strategic direction
  • Collaborate with the development finance team to integrate updates in development programs
  • Prepare and present reports
  • Support loan forecasting and drawdowns
  • Prepare regulatory returns

Requirement;

  • Qualified accountant (desirable)
  • Experience using Brixx software (essential)
  • Proven treasury management experience (essential)
