Castlefield is partnering with a well-established housing association in Peterborough to recruit a Financial Planning Manager on a permanent basis.
The role offers a salary range of £55,000 to £61,000, depending on experience, and allows for flexible working with one day a week onsite.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining a 30-year business plan using BRIXX software, performing scenario modelling, and collaborating with the development finance team.
Candidates should have experience using BRIXX software and proven treasury management experience, while being a qualified accountant is desirable.

Castlefield are partnering with a well established Peterborough based housing association, who are on a journey of transformation, in order to recruit a Financial Planning Manager into the team on a permanent basis. This role has no line management, offers flexible working (1 day a week onsite) and a salary of £55,000 - £61,000 dependant on experience.

Duties include;

Develop and maintain the 30-year business plan within BRIXX modelling software
Perform scenario modelling to assess impacts on covenants and align financial planning with the long-term strategic direction
Collaborate with the development finance team to integrate updates in development programs
Prepare and present reports
Support loan forecasting and drawdowns
Prepare regulatory returns

Requirement;

Qualified accountant (desirable)
Experience using Brixx software (essential)
Proven treasury management experience (essential)
