Description
- Perform maintenance, repair, and installation of industrial equipment and machinery.
- Ensure all engineering tasks comply with health and safety standards.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Collaborate with the production team to minimise downtime and optimise performance.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement projects.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and provide timely solutions.
Profile
A successful Multiskilled Engineer should have:
- Level 3 NVQ is a relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in mechanical and electrical engineering within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and interpreting technical drawings.
- A proactive attitude towards health and safety practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
