Sonic Summary

Our client is a leading Equity Release business seeking an experienced broker to join their team.
They are open to considering experienced Mortgage Brokers with either CeRER or ER1 qualifications, even if they haven't practiced in Equity Release.
This is a home/field-based employed role with a base salary starting at £30,000, plus car allowance, commissions, and guarantees, with an OTE of £55,000.
All leads and appointments are provided, and the company is looking for someone to start immediately as the market is picking up.
Candidates must have ER1 or CeRER or be close to obtaining it, with no issues related to Protection sales or clawbacks.

Our client is one of the leading Equity Release businesses in the country and they are currently looking for an experienced broker to join the team

We will consider an experienced Mortgage Broker who has gained their CeRER or ER1 but hasn't practised in Equity Release or an experienced ER Broker

CAS status is not important here as all training is provided

This is a home/field based role

Employed role with base salary starting at £30000 base plus car allowance plus commissions plus guarantees plus pay rises on CAS status gained

All leads and appointments made and ote £55000

The market is picking up and this company is busy and therefore need someone to start immediately
