Quality System and Data Specialist

Location: Peterborough

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: 40,700

We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Quality System and Data Specialist to take ownership of the site's Quality Management System (QMS). You'll ensure that documentation, data systems, and audit processes are robust, compliant, and drive continuous improvement across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the site's QMS, ensuring all documentation is controlled, current, and compliant.

Lead internal audits, action tracking, and document review processes.

Develop and manage quality-related data systems to ensure effective reporting and traceability.

Oversee VACCP/TACCP and ensure plans are fully compliant with BRC and customer requirements.

Coordinate supplier approval compliance and traceability verification.

Support continuous improvement initiatives through effective data analysis and communication.

Prepare reports for Quality meetings and support Food Safety & Quality Culture activities.

About You

Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and food safety standards (BRC, HACCP, VACCP/TACCP).

Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Confident using and managing data systems for quality and compliance tracking.

Able to influence and engage cross-functional teams to complete actions on time.

Passionate about driving high standards and continuous improvement.
