- Provide one-to-one and group support to pupils with emotional, social, or behavioural needs.
- Monitor attendance and punctuality, supporting interventions where necessary.
- Build positive relationships with students to encourage self-esteem and resilience.
- Liaise with families and external services to ensure holistic support.
- Promote safeguarding and wellbeing across the school community.
- Experience working with children or young people in an educational or care setting.
- A compassionate and proactive approach to supporting vulnerable learners.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and child protection.
- Studying psychology or a related field is highly desirable.
