Hours: Full-time (including alternate weekends)

About the role:
We're looking for a hands-on Seasonal Plant Supervisor to support the department manager in delivering excellent plant care, driving sales, and maintaining high visual and operational standards. Responsibilities:
- Support and mentor the team to deliver expert advice and great customer service.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring seasonal displays are fresh and visually appealing.
- Oversee the health and presentation of a wide range of seasonal plants, including annuals, perennials, bedding, and indoor varieties.
- Assist with sales analysis and contribute ideas to improve performance.
- Engage confidently with customers, offering tailored plant care advice and recommendations.
- Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the department, ensuring operational efficiency.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong knowledge of seasonal plant care and maintenance.
- Experience in a retail or garden centre environment.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with an eye for merchandising and display.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
