SF Recruitment is proud to be working exclusively with an ambitious and growing business in Nottingham as they rebuild and strengthen their marketing function. Following internal team changes and new senior leadership within the marketing and communications team, they are now seeking a driven Marketing Executive who thrives in campaign-led environments and has a genuine passion for customer engagement. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company at a pivotal stage of growth, with new foundations being put in place - tools, processes, platforms - to help deliver strategic, insight-led campaigns that actually make an impact. What's the Opportunity? You'll play a key role in delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns that speak directly to the business's diverse customer base. Reporting directly into a senior leader, you'll have real ownership and the chance to grow into a more senior role as the team expands. This is not a basic content-pushing role - it's about understanding what makes customers tick and using smart campaign mechanics to reach, engage, and convert them. What Will You Be Doing?
- Collaborating with key stakeholders across the business to develop new propositions and enhance existing ones
- Collaborating with the wider team (Product Marketing, CRM, Digital, Content and Web teams) to devise, develop, and deliver marketing campaigns
- Own the communication and channel strategies for individual campaigns
- Analyse campaign performance and feed learnings into a continuous improvement plan
- Work closely with Sales to deliver the right tools, assets and customer communications to ensure lead conversion is optimised
- Conducting market, customer and competitor research to inform the wider marketing strategy and campaign development
- Delivering full end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and print
- Writing engaging and purposeful customer communications (emails, social media, website, sales collateral)
- Helping shape sales enablement tools and internal briefings for campaign alignment
- Supporting event marketing and promotion, including collateral development and organisation
- Using platforms like HubSpot (or similar) to build landing pages and email campaigns
- Monitoring and reporting on performance - open rates, click-throughs, reach, engagement etc.
- Building and executing LinkedIn campaigns to support both lead generation and brand awareness
- Collaborating with internal designers and external agencies - content and brand assets provided
Who Are We Looking For?
- Someone who understands how campaigns work - not just "what to post," but why
- Experience in a campaign, CRM or digital marketing role - ideally with HubSpot knowledge
- Confident creating email campaigns and using scheduling tools or email delivery systems
- An eye for detail and strong content/copywriting skills (SEO knowledge is a bonus)
- A proactive mindset - curious about customer journeys and what drives engagement
- Strong communicator who can translate marketing activity into real commercial impact
Why Join? This is a genuinely exciting time to get involved. You'll be part of a team that's rebuilding with clarity, purpose, and ambition. There's support in place (graphic designers, senior marketers), but the team is looking for someone with energy, ideas, and a real interest in connecting with customers through creative, thoughtful marketing. There's a clear progression path, too - this role could evolve into a Marketing Manager role down the line. If you're a campaign-driven marketer who loves planning, executing, and learning from real results - apply now for immediate consideration.
