Are you an Engineering Supervisor or aspiring Engineering Supervisor with F-Gas looking to come off the tools with an ambitious engineering company offering further progression into project management, brilliant in-house training on bespoke equipment and generous overtime opportunities to significantly boost your earnings?
On offer is the opportunity to join an ambitious company that offers a comprehensive range of engineering services for industrial and commercial clients. Founded almost 50 years ago, this company has seen continued organic growth and are now looking to boost their maintenance team due to further expansion.
In this role you will be responsible for a team of 5 engineers, overseeing their maintenance work at different client sites across parts of the East of England and East Midlands. You will be predominantly office based, occasionally visiting client sites to ensure work is being completed safely and efficiently, while occasionally assisting with the maintenance of commercial air conditioning units.
This role would suit an Engineering Supervisor or aspiring Engineering Supervisor with F-Gas looking to come off the tools with an ambitious company offering further progression into project management, in-house training on bespoke equipment and generous overtime opportunities.
The Role:
- Supervising a team of 5 engineers
- Office based with occasional travel to client sites
- 1-on-1 training from the current team
- Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm with overtime paid at 1.5x

- Engineering Supervisor or aspiring Engineering Supervisor
- Knowledge of commercial air conditioning
- F-Gas qualification
- Looking to come off the tools
