Job Title: Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Supervisor
Location: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire
Salary: 48,500
Benefits: Company vehicle, 22 days holiday + Bank Holidays, pension
A M&E Contractor based in Peterborough are looking for Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Supervisor to join their expanding team.
This is a great opportunity for the right candidate who can demonstrate expertise in providing technical support on a range of service & reactive maintenance contracts and installation projects. The position is a blend of working in the office producing quotations, risk assessments, and purchasing also working on site leading a team of AC Engineers.
As the Air Conditioning Supervisor, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Organising materials and sub-contractors.
- Creating risk assessments.
- Attend site meetings.
- Working with the Projects Manager allocating the workload accordingly, meeting customer deadlines and maintaining standards and quality of workmanship at all times.
- Ensuring health and safety is always maintained.
- Working alongside engineers or attending call outs in busy periods.
Successful applicants will have the following qualifications and experience:
- Air Conditioning/Refrigeration trade qualifications.
- Previous experience and an understanding and knowledge of various manufacturers systems.
- The ability to work under pressure to meet set deadlines.
- Experience of leading a team of Air Conditioning Engineers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
