Sonic Summary

A fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) or Bodyshop Estimator to join a growing client with excellent facilities.
The role requires candidates to have experience in bodyshop or accident repair, with an emphasis on assessing damage and preparing repair estimates.
This position offers a salary of £35,000 per year and requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
The VDA will work in a team of over 10 appraisal staff, focusing on vehicles under 8 years old with no medium to large accident damage.
The job is permanent, with hours of 42.5 per week, Monday to Friday, either from 6 am to 3:30 pm or 7 am to 4:30 pm, including breaks.

The VDA position for this site is a very important role and an immediate start is on offer for the right candidate you will be working in a team of 10+ Appraisal staff.

This job role is a VDA / Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator position and ideally requires an experienced candidate. All cars are under 8 years and no medium to large accident damage.

Job Details:

VDA / Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor

·To inspect damaged vehicles and assess the full extent of the damage sustained, assess the cost of repair and time scales

·To identify the correct prescribed repair method

·To prepare computerised and manual estimates and to accurately record these, maintaining up-to-date records of all estimates

·Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure understanding of correct vehicle repair methodology

Hours 42.5 a week Permanent Job.

Monday-Friday 6 am to 3.30pm or 7.00am-4.30 pm (with Lunch, Morning and Afternoon Breaks)
