Your Role As Production Manager Will Include:

* Leading and managing the workshop teams
* implement production schedules to ensure workflow meets demands
* Carry out quality inspections of materials received
* Ensuring a safe working environment and Health and Safety requirements are adhered to at all times.

The Successful Production Manager Will Have:

* Production Manager experience within engineering
* Sheet metal understanding
* Fabrication or welding knowledge (MIG and TIG)
* Commutable around Peterborough
