Salary: £13.85 - £16.20 per hour (depending on experience)

Hours: 9AM - 6PM, Monday to Friday
Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our fantastic nursery in Peterborough. This is a full-time role starting as soon as possible, offering an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Nursery Room Leader in the day-to-day running of the nursery.
- Manage pupil behaviour effectively and positively.
- Assist with feeding and nap times.
- Provide personal care to children as needed.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.
- Engage children in educational and developmental activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Experience working in a nursery setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and early years education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
